During the process of locating, purchasing, renovating, leasing, and managing the property he saw how his construction background could be an asset to real estate and property management.
Since the initial purchase Ignite has grown to not only provide office, retail, and industrial tenants locations where they can thrive, but also has sought after projects that can add value and responsible momentum to local neighborhoods and communities. Ignite’s most recent project was The 186 Building in the vibrant rebirth of the West Homewood neighborhood of Homewood.
This project was an adaptive reuse project transforming and existing underutilized structure into a development that now houses a collective of business that truly serve and enhance the urban center of the neighborhood. This redeveloped space includes seven retail and service tenants, five of which are women owned businesses, all who bring their unique goods and services to West Homewood adding the growth, color, and excitement of the area.
Ignite’s main goal is responsible development. Ignite is intentional in maintaining investments and tenants that share their beliefs and style. At Ignite we care about the good of our tenants and strive to make the world a better place one space at a time.

Ignite's Leadership
From a young age Adam proved to be a kinesthetic learner, naturally searching for answers through creating, building, and putting the pieces together. After graduating from Auburn University with a Building Science major he worked as a Project Manager in Birmingham, Alabama on an array of commercial, institutional, and retail projects
